She is the quintessential fixer, change-agent and trusted advisor who delivers pragmatic, actionable solutions for complex business challenges. Nicole continuously advocates for access and opportunities through volunteerism. She contributes her expertise as President for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Greater Detroit Chapter, Impact100 Metro Detroit – NonProfit Committee & Podcast Host, and Detroit TechTown Ask An Expert program. Previously, she served on several boards including the Executive Leadership Council and INROADS.

Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and master’s degree in Marketing from Wayne State University, where she previously served as an adjunct instructor. She received the D.A.C.U.M.  Facilitator Certification (Developing a Curriculum) through the Ohio State University.
