Prior to launching Nicole Lewis & Associates in 2017, Nicole held c-level, executive and management positions with Vista Maria, Kelly Services, Inc., Adecco and UPS, respectively. Following her distinguished and highly successful three-decade corporate career, she brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and creativity to her work. She inspires audiences, teams and clients to invest into a strategic vision and the limitless possibilities. She is the consummate out-of-the-box thinker, fixer, change-agent and trusted advisor who possesses the phenomenal ability to deliver sustainable growth and new market opportunities for her clients.

Nicole is committed to giving back and advocating for access and opportunities. She contributes her expertise through volunteer service as a Member, Rotary Club Detroit and Impact 100 Metro Detroit, Member/ Past President - National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Greater Detroit Chapter; Member/Expert, Professional Services Network, TechTown Detroit; Previously, she served on several national, regional and local boards including the Executive Leadership Council, INROADS and Oakland Schools Foundation.

Nicole received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and master’s degree in Marketing from Wayne State University where she also served as an adjunct instructor. Nicole also received the D.A.C.U.M. Facilitator Certification (Developing a Curriculum) through the Ohio State University.
